The room with a bathroom. A microwave oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator were a big plus. The setting was magnificent, very close to multiple stores, restaurants and markets and downtown in less than 15 minutes. Besides, it was just a short stroll away from Patterson Ice Center.

I have just returned from a really really nice stay in this hip new hotel, spotless rooms. It has marvellous location short walk to restaurants and markets and walking trails and markets. Also, it's located 3 miles from Ecosystem Preserve. When I am in Grand Rapids, I like staying here.

Loved the place, it was well-maintained and exceptionally comfortable and worked for me. It had a great and perfect location right by the airport and local family and downtown in less than 15 minutes and nice park area. Also, a night club was 1 mile away from the venue.

Even though everything was fantastic, some of the staff were a bit rude.

The hotel was very clean with friendly and accommodating staff. Tamme from the night shift was amazing! The pool and the kitchen in the room were great additions. The room accommodations allowed for privacy and family time.

The sliding door in the bathroom shower can be a bit problematic as it tends to slide open during use.
